I can't be the only one falling in love with ciara's new locks. Those locks are to die for, the blonde highlights make it even more of a fashion craze. Wonder how ciara stumbled on that haircut? Well, with future for a husband, it was kind of inevitable. Ciara looks dapper, totally adore her in those locks.
